This album likes to be taken on walks, drives, train rides, bike rides, walks, runs. It also like to be sat with and felt and heard. Written in the last years of my 20's and my first years of my 30's it's a real reflection of growth through that time. A soul journey of self love and acceptance of all human emotion, anger, despair, grief, love and peace.
